KEVIN McCLOSKEY JOINS KAMAN INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGIES SUPPLY MANAGEMENT GROUP AS CATEGORY MANAGER

(Windsor, Connecticut December 7, 2005) – Kaman Industrial Technologies announced today that  Kevin R. McCloskey has recently joined its supply management group as Category Manager for Bearing and Mechanical Power Transmission Products.  McCloskey will report to Michael Pastore, Vice President, Supply Management and will be based at the company headquarters in Windsor, CT.

In this role, McCloskey will have responsibility for developing and implementing Kaman Industrial Technologies’ purchasing and inventory strategies for bearing and power transmission products. 

McCloskey has over 30 years in the power transmission and distribution industry.  He spent the majority of his career with Dodge-Newark Supply Co., Inc.– an independent distributor located in Fairfield, New Jersey, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales.   McCloskey also served as President of the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) in 2001.

"Kevin’s industry experience and product knowledge will serve us well as we work to maximize our competitiveness in Kaman’s core product offerings,” said Pastore.

McCloskey is a graduate of Montclair State University of Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
